Qlikmatrix is not liable for damages due to project operations or interruptions.
Clients are responsible for all legal costs for overdue payments and agree to a 1.5% monthly interest on outstanding amounts.
Taxes are extra as applicable.
Both parties agree not to hire each other’s employees for 24 months without written consent.
Assignments of this agreement require written consent.
Clients guarantee all content provided to Qlikmatrix is properly owned or licensed.
Qlikmatrix retains copyright to all developed work until full payment is received.
Any extra work not outlined in the original proposal will be billed separately.
Clients must provide all content; otherwise, Qlikmatrix assumes permission to use content from online sources. Post-delivery, the client is responsible for reviewing all work.
Clients must provide TDS certificates if tax is deducted at source.
No refunds will be issued if a project is canceled mid-way by the client.
Legal liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.
